I’m a huge DropBox fan. That’s not about to change any time soon. But I have been using SugarSync side by side with it, and I’ve experienced no problems. In fact, SugarSync seems more featurecomplete than DropBox in many ways. In one way, it’s superior: you now get 500 mb free extra storage for referring friends.
