Futurama Returns (No Really!)

All over the news, and confirmed by several of the original cast members, it looks like one of the best animated shows ever is returning to TV. There’s been lots of rumours before, but this time it looks like the real deal.

    I just can’t get that excited. I already had this happen once when Family Guy came back on the air – but it came back as a rather weak, near parody of itself. I can’t help but feel that Futurama’s return will be just as listless.

    Actually I think Family Guy did a pretty awesome comeback (at least with the first 3-4 new episodes).

    I’m convinced Futurama will be most excellent.
