FAQ
Note: Contact information is available on the Support page.
Q: Whose artwork is this?
A: My name is Joen Asmussen, I'm a danish graphic designer and spare-time poster artist. My personal website is called Noscope.
Q: What will I get here if I buy a print download?
A: You'll get a full-size layered PSD file download. The resolution varies from image to image, but you'll always get the highest possible resolution. All adjustment layers, channels and textfields are intact, and images are in the RGB color space.
Q: What am I allowed to do, legally, with my downloads?
You're essentially buying a print license. That means you get to print the image you've downloaded.
You are not allowed to:
- create derivative works
- re-sell the image
- re-sell prints from the image
- redistribute / give the downloaded file to someone else
Prices are rather low and I'm just one individual. I can't make a living off of this, so don't be mean.
Q: What does the shipping cost?
A: Since there's no shipping, there's no shipping cost.
Q: What if I'm not entirely satisfied with my download, once I receive it?
A: Since you're receiving bits and bytes (and virtual blood, sweat and tears), as a rule of thumb, there's a no-refund policy (this is the industry standard for software purchased on the web). However, if you feel you've been genuinely ripped off, let's talk about it.
Q: How does the shopping process work?
A: You pick one or more images and buy them via the BMTMicro website. You'll then receive an email with download links to the files.
Q: How long will it take from the time I place my order, to my reception of the poster(s)?
A: You should receive your download links instantly. If you do not, check the junk mail folder. If the junk mail folder is empty, get in touch with me!
Q: What size(s) are the posters available in?
A: Sizes vary from poster to poster, but generally posters are available in: - standard ISO A2 (42cm x 59,4cm) - standard ISO A1 (84 x 59,4 cm) Note: the size may vary just a tiny bit. I'm still scrambling to find the right sizes.
Q: There's something wrong with my print! What should I do?
A: You should call or email me! I'll either send you a new one, a different one, or refund you.
Q: What if I have a question you haven't answered here?
A: Just call or email me and I'll get back to you ASAP.
Q: I've found some artwork you made, but which isn't for sale here. Can I get it anyway?
A: Short answer: yes. Long answer: tell me which image you want and I'll put it in my "make-it-print-ready queue".
